Job Title : Salesforce Apex Lead Employment Type : Contract, C2C Location : 100% Remote Job Description Key Responsibilities: 10 years of experience on Salesforce Apex. Lead the Salesforce development team in the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Develop high-quality code and ensure best practices are followed in test-driven development, code reviews, and continuous integration processes. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and business processes. Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from initial concept through deployment and support. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure our solutions leverage the latest advancements in the platform. Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to design and implement integrated solutions across various platforms and systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications. Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development. Experience leading development teams and projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Component Framework. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud implementations.
