Installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Suite Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring, performance tuning, and patching. Design and implement SOA composite applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle SOA environments. Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements. Serve as a technical escalation point for complex support cases. Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Mentor and train junior support staff on Oracle SOA technologies and best practices. Coordinate with vendors for escalated support cases and service requests. Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and internal support procedures. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
