At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. A minimum of three (3) years of gathering requirements and defining use cases for IT projects utilizing Agile methodology. A minimum of (2) years acting as a product owner or analyst constructing, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs. Possession of a bachelors degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Desired Staff have experience, expertise, and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years: A valid Scrum Certified Product Owner Certification from Scrum.org or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance.
