Title: iSeries Turnover Administrator
Work Location: Issaquah, WA/ Dallas, TX/ Chicago, IL (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Must-Have 
An understanding of Turnover Applications, Projects, worklists and other core package components 
Minimum 5 years writing interactive and batch programs in RPGIV, RPGLE and CL on an iSeries, as well as structuring code as it relates to design, efficiencies, and clarity. 
Proficient in interactive SQL. 
Minimum 5 years analyzing, designing, and writing code specifications. 
Understanding of iSeries (AS/400) object authority, and work management concepts (Job queues, job descriptions, subsystems, etc.) 
Proficient in writing test plans and test scripts. 
Strong understanding of the workings of a multiple iSeries environment including DDM files, Opti-connect, Mimix and SQL Packages. 
Experience in both new development and production support. 
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
Must have excel.

Job Description:

Analyzes and resolves form issues related to the Turnover change management application on the iSeries systems. 
Analyzes and resolves job issues related to X-Analysis Cross Reference repositories on the iSeries systems. 
Analyzes root cause of production issues and follows through until resolution. 
Monitors intake for questions and issues and prioritize accordingly. 
Offers on-going technical project support as it relates to the Change Management application. 
Designs, creates, and maintains audit reports. 
Provides technical support for production forms for the Saturday Install Window. 
Provides technical support for SOX compliance and remediation. 
Analyzes technical impacts and coordinates upgrades as needed and resolve related issues if necessary. 
Analyzes programs and applications to determine how they function in order to integrate modifications or enhancements, primarily related to custom exit programs and APIs. 
Utilizes analytical skills to provide design direction for custom exit programs and APIs 
Provides mentoring to team members. 
Provides (24/7) on-call support of the change management environment and scheduled weekend install windows. 
Develops test scripts and participates in iSeries upgrades and HA/DR testing. 
Designs, creates, and maintains Turnover-related exit programs and APIs as needed. 
Provides design/support of integrations between Turnover and external software. 
Oversees/Manages iSeries-based Object Ownership database.
