Job Title: Full Stack Developer Type: 12mon Contract (with possible extension) Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) Visa: USC/GC Candidates Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support various functionalities of the application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. Implement containerization using Docker and manage applications using orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from front-end to back-end. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives to contribute to team collaboration and project success. Utilize work management tools like JIRA to manage tasks, user stories, and defects effectively. Check in and maintain code in Bitbucket using standard gitflow practices, including branching, merging, and code reviews. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack development. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role. Proficiency in React.js and its core principles. Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, and building microservices architecture. Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience writing optimized SQL queries. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Experience with PAAS like AWS, Azure, and OpenShift. Experience or understanding of query languages for APIs (i.e. GraphQL). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
