Landover, MD Hybrid ( client will decide at the time of award) Experience:8+ Job Description: Maintain a current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification. Have at least four (4) years of experience working with the TCP/IP networking environment. Be familiar with Domain Name Services (DNS) and networking technologies. Be capable of troubleshooting all levels of network connectivity issues. Be knowledgeable about Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies such as routers, ATM, and Frame Relay. Respond to trouble tickets from the Help Desk automated trouble ticketing system. Perform network-related hardware and software system administration functions. Designate personnel to fill each shift during a 24x7x365 work week at DCF and WCF locations. Lead the network team in providing support as described in the document.
