JOB Description: SAP S/4 HANA Basis Lead provides leadership and technical support for ERP systems migrations and building new landscapes in different platforms. He/she will be designing SAP S/4 HANA technical landscape for large, global implementations. Able to work on activities involved in planning areas (Sizing, Scoping, Client/Landscape Strategy, HANA High Availability/HANA Disaster Recovery Strategy, etc.). This senior-level position establishes standards and requirements for enhancements and implements solutions driving business value. Orchestrate key proof of concept to assess the potential business value of new SAP technologies and lead conversion efforts of SAP ERP into S4HANA. The architect will provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly. Understand and advocate Enterprise Architecture and information technology. He or she will analyze Client road maps along with market trends to determine their potential impact on current systems. Provide guidance on system builds/ support for SAP rollout. Responsibilities: Provide guidance on SAP S4HANA migration; work with a client like in designing and building infra for ERP. Perform S4HANA brownfield conversions. Perform zero downtime option in S4HANA conversions and mock cutover to tune the processing time. Knowledge/Experience in HANA performance tuning. Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Supporting apps by collaborating with other IT teams in resolving any production issues and making the apps highly available. - Extensive experience in Blueprinting, Template designing along with the High-Level and Low-Level SAP Architecture Design - Manage projects to ensure targeted business outcomes. Have the ability to estimate and compare the financial impact of technology alternatives. - Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies. - Distributed installations (ASCS, ERS, PAS AAS), Pacemaker to support HANA High Availability. - Experience in planning and estimation of SAP Basis tasks on projects (S\\4 HANA Conversion, Implementation/Upgrade & BAU Support) - Understanding of Network Load Balancers, F5 NetScaler, or Web dispatcher. - Experience with SAP Fiori Hub\\Embedded Implementation, SAP Cloud Connectors, SAP BTP connectivity, and configurations. - Collaborate with peers on the direction and roadmap for SAP Basis infrastructure in an enterprise-class environment. - Very strong problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and resolution for complex issues - Presenting technical solutions to the client, participating in Orals, client-visit. -Provide support on outages and help resolve them within SLA and provide root causes to management.
