| Must have 10+ years exp and local to Florida Role: BI developer Location: Orlando, Winter Park, FL 32789 Remote/Hybrid: 3 days in office Accepted Visas: Any genuine visa except H1/CPT Mode of the Interview: Video Interviews Required Qualifications: 10-12 years proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, writing DAX and Power Query. In-depth knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices. Experience with strategies to overcome rollout and adoption related challenges including Power BI licensing terms and compliance. Experience in change management process for BI platforms Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and Azure data fabric. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Mandatory Soft Skills: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
