Good knowledge and experience on Banking domain (preferably Core Banking & Card Payments). Very Strong in Requirement gathering and documentation. Understanding of different process and systems involved in a banking ecosystem. Ability to identify the best solution/approach across platforms. Prior experience on implementing banking product (Nice to have) Excellent analytical skills for business process modeling & process re-engineering.
