Working experience in Healthcare/Health Insurance domain Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments Ability to lead and manage data warehouse projects in onshore-offshore model Ability to collaborate while dealing with complex situations Ability to think creatively and to drive innovation. Verify that critical decision gates are well defined, communicated and monitored for executive approval throughout the program. Planning and tracking team's activities and program progress effectively Verify that work supports the corporate strategic direction. Facilitate meetings with task groups or functional areas as required for the initiatives and/or to resolve issues. Proactively engage other members of the organization with specific subject knowledge to resolve issues or provide assistance. Lead post implementation review of major initiatives to provide lessons learned and continuous improvement. Develop accurate and timely summaries for executive management that provide consolidated, clear, and concise assessments of strategic initiatives implementation status.
