They will analyze user requirements, procedures, and issues to automate processes or enhance existing computer systems. The candidate will collaborate with organizational personnel to review current operational procedures, identify problems, and determine specific input and output requirements, such as data input formats, data summaries, and report formats. They will document user needs, program functions, and the steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Additionally, they will review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of requested programs or program changes within the existing system. Additionally, this position serves as a hands-on System Administrator for HHSC Salesforce Orgs. Responsibilities include: Setting up new Orgs from scratch Integrating with third-party tools Migrating data Using CI/CD frameworks Troubleshooting systems, including production and other administrative tasks Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. 7yrs - Required - Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices. 7yrs - Required - Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum. 7yrs - Required - Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products. 7yrs - Required - Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions. 5yrs - Preferred - Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.). 3yrs - Preferred - Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit. 2yrs - Preferred - Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components. 2yrs - Preferred - Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc. 2yrs - Preferred - Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience. Work hours and location: Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Agency. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., excluding Texas state holidays when the agency is closed. The primary work location will be 701 W 51st St, Austin, Texas 78751. Position will be remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the State of Texas).
