As a Newgen BPM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using Newgen BPM software. Your expertise in Newgen BPM will be crucial in optimizing and automating business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Newgen BPM solutions. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business process management solutions using Newgen BPM software. Customize and configure Newgen BPM software to meet specific business needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, system architecture, and user manuals. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Newgen BPM solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Newgen BPM solutions with other enterprise systems. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Newgen BPM technology and recommend process improvements accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Newgen BPM solutions. Strong knowledge of Newgen BPM software, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or .NET. Experience in customizing and configuring Newgen BPM software to meet specific business requirements. Solid understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Relevant certifications in Newgen BPM or business process management will be a plus.
