| Role-Business System Analyst Location-Greater Chicago Area Local only No other city Visa- No H1B,CPT OR OPT We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful system implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements, document processes, and develop user-friendly systems. Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements. Design and develop system solutions aligned with business needs. Work with development teams to configure and implement new systems. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and ensure successful user adoption. Write clear and concise technical documentation. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Proven experience with system implementation methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile). Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying. Experience with UAT methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
