QUALIFICATIONS: Meet with stakeholders to determine current / future state; analyse whats needed and how to implement solutions, i.e., How do system and operations look and how does it fit in the environment Work closely with business teams and IT counterparts on design, customization, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, training and administration of environments. Post implementation support, troubleshooting and resolving D365 related issues and user requests Experience, Skills, And Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Broad functional experience with MS Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and other modules Demonstrable understanding of business processes as they relate to D365 Understanding of D365 administration (user roles, privileges, etc.) is highly desired Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Demonstrable commitment to quality, accuracy and validating work product Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface directly with business users Independent worker but excellent team player as well Keywords: information technology microsoft Connecticut Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Analyst !!
