| Role- Business analyst Location- Chicago, IL Must be City local Only Visa- No H1B, OPT, CPT Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements. Design and develop system solutions aligned with business needs. Work with development teams to configure and implement new systems. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and ensure successful user adoption. Write clear and concise technical documentation. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Proven experience with system implementation methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile). Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying. Experience with UAT methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
