Position Summary: Title: SAP Functional Lead for Supply Chain and FI Nature: Leadership-focused, not technical. Expertise Required: Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Brownfield Migrations from ECC to S4 Hana. Project Context: Migration project for a Fortune 500 construction company. Experience Level: Ideally 10+ full life cycle SAP implementations, particularly with Brownfield migrations. Must-Haves: Experience: 10+ full lifecycle SAP implementations. Managed other technical leads for multiple workstreams. 5+ years at a Big 4 consulting company (Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, etc.). Specific experience with migrations from ECC to S4 Hana. Lead SAP migration teams and project plans. Sharp and presentable in business settings. Skills and Certifications: Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-workstream teams. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. Candidate Profile: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). Professional Background: Experience in a similar capacity within a Big 4 consulting firm or as a SAP Consultant for a Finance or Construction organization. Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams and technical leads. Technical Knowledge: Profound understanding of SAP modules, especially for Supply Chain and FI, and experience with Brownfield migrations. Key Responsibilities: Management: Lead and guide functional sub-teams through all phases of the SAP migration project. Develop and execute project plans aligning with overall goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes. Partner with clients to ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.
