Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system 2. Experience with push down accounting with regards to restating intangible assets to adjust the carrying amounts of the assets in the financial statements to reflect the acquisition fair value adjustments in the new entity 3. Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset sub ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger 4. Calculation and preparation of amortization schedule for all fixed assets and its reconciliation with right of use / lease liability created in Lease Module. 5. Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation 6. Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors Oracle ERP Cloud Skills: 1. Monitors and performs asset transactions, maintains asset books and set ups in Oracle Fusion Assets, and views asset information and accounting entries 2. Uses Oracle Assets to automate asset management and simplify fixed asset accounting tasks 3. Uses a unified source of asset data (with data from Oracle Fusion applications as well as external feeder systems). 4. Leverage Oracle Cloud Assets to publish reports into assets accounting, adjustments and amortization 5. Familiarity with asset management tasks with automated business flows for transactions: Asset additions, Asset transfers, Disposals, Reclassifications, Financial adjustments etc. 6. Uses standard accounting, operational, and registry reports for ease of reconciliation and analysis Desired Qualifications: 7. 7+ years of fixed asset accounting experience 8. Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. Experience in divestiture / push down accounting is desirable. 9. Must be detail oriented 10. Familiarity with usage of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials esp. Fixed Assets and General Ledger 1. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail 2. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, ability to link information together and translate concepts into next steps and ideas 3.
