Responsibilities: Security Model Management: Design, implement, and maintain security measures including user access controls and data encryption. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Document security changes and perform pre/post security implementation regression testing. User Data Access Testing and Validation: Validate and process new user data access requests. Test all security-based data access changes and document exceptions. Data Monitoring, Validation & Issue Resolution: Conduct periodic Visier platform audits and compliance reviews. Manage Service Manager production support tickets and issue trackers. Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation with stakeholders. Visier Technical Expertise: Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics. Develop and enforce data governance policies. Validate data loads and ensure data accuracy and consistency. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Create and execute UAT test cases, log defects, and push to production. Data Analysis: Utilize Visier for analysis and resolution of production issues. Interpret findings to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. Skills: Must Have: In-depth knowledge of the Visier platform backend, including data configuration and security. Strong business acumen and effective communication skills. Experience with people analytics and HR data, particularly from systems like PeopleSoft or Workday. Nice to Have: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
