Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud automation scripts, tools, and deployments. Ansible, and Terraform to automate network configuration, provisioning, and management tasks. Collaborate with customer engineering teams to gather requirements and automation tasks align with business objectives and operational needs. Create Ansible playbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments. Project related work and help to operations support team. cloud monitoring and alerting services and capabilities Ability to solve complex technical problems and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to support project team to prioritize activities and provide deliverables as planned. Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability as user demands grow. Experience in Microservices architecture, Docker, and AWS EKS. Expertise in AWS Cloud architecture, including EC2, S3, LAMBDA, ACM, SSM, EFS, FSx etc. emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for adopting new tools and technologies to improve our technology stack.
