Rate: Open /hr

Contract: Long Term

Job Description:

The Business Analyst role within the Customer Success organization is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between data analysis, project management, and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the
Aftermarket Services leadership, this role is responsible for supporting various aspects of customer-centric initiatives, including presentation creation, business requirement documentation, CRM project collaboration, user acceptance testing, data analysis, and report generation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving with data sets

Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication

Effectively able to write gather, validate, and document project business requirements which accurately translate meeting customer and organizational needs

Able to work closely with project managers and stakeholders as needed

Understand how to manage project scope requirements and use case models

Create test cases for user-acceptance testing

Organize, facilitate, and perform user-acceptance testing

Logical and efficient

Attention to detail is important

Self-motivated

Prioritization of tasks is a must

Execute and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Customer service and understanding how to provide to internal teams is critical

Easily able to work in a team-oriented environment

Business strategy skills

Strong technical skills

Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Competency in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook

A track record of following through on commitments 

Previously worked on Agile projects and understand method and expectations for BAs

Additional Preferred Skills:

CRM and Sales software

experience
Gainsight, Salesforce, etc.

Microsoft Excel experience and Microsoft Dynamics

Strong previous reporting experience is a plus

Tableau, Excel, SQL

experience

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
