Ready to work in 24 * 7 on call production support project. 2. 6+ years in production support, design, analysis, and development using Cobol, JCL, DB2, Easytrieve, MQ and CICS (All Primary). 3. Candidate will be supporting critical Finance applications. 4. Should have good analytical and communication skills. 5. Candidate should be able to resolve complex incident tickets in reasonable time and meet the SLAs. 5. Candidate should have proven incident management, problem management and change management experience. 6. Candidates willing to work in hybrid mode from Grand Rapids will be preferred. 7.
