Role: Postgres Developer Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Type : Contract Description: Postgres developer Query Performance Tuning Work with development teams to troubleshoot and fix performance related issues Migration experience to move databases from Oracle to Cloud sql for PostgreSQL Perform data copy from ON prem to GCP Cloud SQL CDC configuration of Primary schemas as applicable. Strong troubleshooting skills Competencies: PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database 12C Administration Essential Skills: Postgres developer Query Performance Tuning Managed and supported a large PostgreSQL database with over 10 TB of data, including backups, restores, monitoring, and performance tuning.
