Position - UKG LMS Learning SME Location: Fully Remote Duration: Long Term Visa USC , GC , GC EAD , H4- EAD Need Linkedin Interview Video Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation of the UKG Learning module for new and existing clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their learning and development needs and configure the UKG Learning module to meet those requirements. Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients during the implementation process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the UKG Learning module. Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, consultants, and developers, to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery. Stay up-to-date with the latest UKG product updates, features, and best practices to provide clients with the most current and effective solutions. Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, training materials, and best practice guidelines. Provide post go-live support to clients, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise. Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in implementing the UKG Learning module for multiple clients. Strong understanding of learning and development processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in other UKG modules and experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in HRIS implementation and management. Experience working with diverse industries and client environments. Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
