ETL Integration Engineer / Application Integration Engineer Tallahassee, FL - Onsite MUST BE LOCAL TO FL nearby Tallahassee or within 60 miles. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree. Special consideration will be given to candidates with Informatica certification. Experience Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in systems integrations and/or ETL (extract, transform, and load). Candidate will be expected to describe multiple past experiences with integration tools such as Informatica and Microsoft SSIS and how they were deployed for a successful outcome. 1. Data Integration experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines with IICS services and Strong relational database SQL analysis knowledge with DB2 on ZOS, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake Data Cloud, Oracle. 2. Data Integration experience working with large volume, multi-formatted delimited flat files, COBOL files with packed decimal values, other file formats. 3. Data Integration experience with Power Exchange Connectors for ZOS. 4. Data Integration experience with FTP, SFTP and Managed File Transfer methodologies. 5. Minimum 3+ years of experience working with IICS/IDMC data integration services like Cloud Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, App Integration, Data Quality, CDGC. 6. Minimum 7+ years of Data Integration and Data Warehousing experience. 7. Strong SQL skills. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to work in a team environment or independently. 10. Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies and practices. 11. Knowledge of the SCRUM Framework. Preferred KSAs: 1. Minimum 7+ years of Data Integration and Data Warehousing experience. Primary Job Duties/ Tasks The submitted candidate must be able to perform the following duties and/or tasks. Duties of the selected candidate will include, but not be limited to: 1. Participate in efforts to define the impact the Florida PALM implementation will have on current Department interfaces. 2. Use subject matter expertise, industry methodologies and best practices to create a plan to migrate current interfaces to begin leveraging more modern technologies such as Informatica and Microsoft .NET. 3. Detail data element inputs and outputs for Department computing assets interfacing with Department of Financial Services FLAIR. Inputs may include, but not limited to, manual data entry, direct access via scripting solutions, and batch uploads. Outputs can include data extracts, outgoing interfaces, and reports. 4. Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions with a focus on financial data accuracy and integrity. 5. Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in the Office of the Comptroller to understand financial data requirements and develop financial data models that can be used for further analysis. 6. Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate data integration tools and technologies, with a focus on financial data security and efficiency. 7. Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data integration solutions. 9. Create documentation for financial data integration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team. 10. Ensures compliance with financial data regulations and industry standards. 11. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure successful implementation of financial data integration projects. 12. Work with reports remediation team to ensure their data requirements for the FPST project are met. 13.
