Role: Product Manager with Medical Device Location: Minneapolis, MN/Plymouth, MN Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: LCM / PM Support, Medical Device, Product Management, Supply Chain, JnJ experience, Windchill PLM EIS : Medical Device & Regulations CSS Engineering Support / J&J Medical Devices LCM/PM Support Design Engineer A minimum of 5 years of clinical, engineering or life science experience is required. Product development, product barcoding, labelling, contamination control, product handling. Provide Lifecycle Management for marketed products including labelling updates, medical support and accountability for technical files and documents and medical support to Quality groups. Research, prepare and document responses to Medical Information Requests from Healthcare providers. Review and approve medical content in Copy Approval process; consults with Medical Director when needed. Provide medical oversight of publication strategy for selected marketed products in close collaboration with the Medical Affairs team. SolidWorks CAD of plastic and metal parts, and building CAD assemblies, Windchill PLM.LCM Preferably Windchill knowledge in the medical industry. Desirable Skills: In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: Ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental. Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful. Experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and drive decision-making is crucial to the success of this position. Act as a team member supporting and collaborating with the other LCM managers. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable. Working with Supplier SCR, Validation, Functional Testing and addressing supply chain issues. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality compliance, regulatory compliance, and healthcare compliance is preferred. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, critical reading skills, knowledge of medical and anatomical terminology. Proficiency with standard office suites such as Outlook, Word, Excel Performs other duties assigned as needed. Project Management experience Bachelor of Engineering, any specialty.
