You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and user experience teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive the successful implementation of digital initiatives. Your primary focus will be on leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, optimize processes, and drive innovation in the digital banking landscape. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Partner with product owners and development teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements for digital banking platforms and applications. 2. Assess existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. 3. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that digital products and services deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences. 4.
