Customize and configure SailPoint IIQ to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and custom connectors. Perform integration of SailPoint with various target systems and applications. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct unit testing and support UAT and production environments. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IAM solutions. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Requirements: hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts. Proficiency in Java, XML, and BeanShell scripting. Experience with SailPoint IIQ components like LCM, compliance manager, and provisioning. Knowledge of integrating SailPoint IIQ with various systems such as Active Directory, databases, and applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: SailPoint IIQ certification. Experience in developing custom connectors and integrations. Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies. Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions.
