Work both independently and within a project team to design, develop and deliver software solutions for new and existing functionality. Analyze and build data for test, triage defects to draw conclusions, define issues and make appropriate recommendations. Act as a reliable source for early feedback on new functionality and feature changes Be able to document work and knowledge transfer as required Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced changing environment and manage changing priorities Qualifications: 4-5 years of Software development experience using VB.Net (Required) Proficient in SQL Server database development techniques (Required) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (Required) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
