Hybrid 1 day a week on-site in Washington, DC (Locals Only) Per Federal Govt Sector U.S Citizenship is required Ability to pass Federal background check is required for Level 4 Public Trust Clearance Long term contract The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday. Possess extensive experience with developing integrations and reports, including BIRT reports. Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports. Possess experience with developing calculated fields. Knowledge of and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes. Knowledge of Orchestrate integrations is preferred. Strong work ethic. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: Design and test assigned integrations and reports. Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results. Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review. Monitor integration issues in Production and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution. Personnel Qualifications At least seven (7) years programmer / analyst experience. At least five (5) years of experience with task order technology. A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience. Capabilities Analyzes and studies complex system requirements. Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimates software development costs and schedule. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques. Supervises software configuration management.
