Healthcare experience is must Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience implementing knowledge management solutions, including document management systems, collaboration platforms, and version control tools. Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies, as well as tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project. Passion for responsible AI and a commitment to promoting ethical and transparent practices in AI development and deployment. Major Duties/Tasks: Manage multiple responsible AI projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, data scientists, and ethics and policy experts, to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and actively monitor progress against key milestones. Identify and forecast risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure project success. Implement robust knowledge management solutions, including document repositories, wikis, and collaboration tools, to facilitate the capture, organization, and dissemination of project-related information and insights. Establish and enforce best practices for documentation, version control, and knowledge sharing across project teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from project teams and stakeholders, and leveraging lessons learned to refine project management processes and methodologies. Place of Performance: When required, onsite work shall be performed at the offices in Falls Church, VA, and Arlington, VA. It is preferred that the AI Project Manager be in the office approximately 1 day per week.
