Open to applicable experience with no degree. PMI, PMP, or Agile Certified. 5-7 years of experience. Experience Experience as a scrum master or similar role in agile development. Experience leading scrums and managing sprints. Technical Skills (Required) Proficiency with agile project management tools (preferred Azure Dev Ops, or experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana). Understand software development life cycle and technical practices. Soft Skills (Required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities. Disqualifiers/Red Flags: Candidate must live in Nashville or not more than 100 miles from City. Not open to fully remote. No relocation expenses paid. Poor communicator and/or inability to translate or communicate an update. Typical task breakdown: Sprint Planning & Execution Facilitation of sprint meeting to define sprint goals and backlog. Oversee progress ensuring tasks are completed on time. Ensuring user stories are well-defined and have clear acceptance. Escalation of roadblocks and or prioritization. Scrum Ceremonies. Lead stands up and tracks progress and address/escalate any issues. Quality assurance & Performance Ensure sprint related documentation is accurate and up to date. Provide regular status reports to leadership on sprint progress and project health. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Provide feedback and support to team members to help them improve their performance and/or communicate to leadership. Interaction with team: Coordination of Scrum activity along with leading team scrums but may need at time to follow up on an individual level.
