Client: IBM/AT&T: Role: Senior UI/UX Developer Location: Dallas, TX (On Site) JD We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior UI/UX Resource to join our design team. As a Senior UI/UX Resource, you will be responsible for leading the design process for complex user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of user experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for complex user interfaces, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure that design solutions meet business goals and user needs Conduct user research to inform design decisions and develop user personas and user journeys Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization Work closely with the design team to ensure that design solutions are cohesive and aligned with the organization's overall design vision Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on user-centered design principles * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field * Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience * Strong understanding of user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and user testing * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box * Experience with design systems and design standards * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have: * Power BI or Tableau experience * Experience with front-end development and HTML/CSS * Knowledge of design systems and design standards * Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision * Certification in UX design or a related field * Experience with Agile development methodologies Thanks & Regards, Harish Varma S Talent Acquisition Manager, R2 Technologies, Alpharetta, GA, 30005.
