Client: Bounteous Visa: ANY Job Description: Job Title: Lead Data Engineer (Google Analytics 4) Location: 100% REMOTE Length: 6 months Interview: Video KEYS : NEED to have GCP Client facing Excellent knowledge and experience of google analytics and Big query experience is a must (biggest part of this role) If they do not have big query and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience on their resume the team will not move forward = Needs to be spelled right Qualifications o 7+ years' experience in data engineering for digital marketing o 2+ years in a consulting role o Advanced skills in BigQuery, SQL and Python skills (Spark, Scala a plus) o Experience using Google Cloud Platform for data warehousing and modeling pipelines (Azure, AWS a plus) o Experience applying data in Google Marketing Platform (Search/Display, Optimize, Ads Data Hub) o Experience with leveraging third-party marketing tools and APIs for data warehousing o Experience working with large scale data in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics o Experience with Customer Data Platforms a major plus Role and Responsibilities o Oversee data engineering projects, including marketing data warehousing and ML modeling pipelines o Perform discovery and solutioning activities with business development, account & program management, and clients to define and scope projects. Attend client calls as the SME throughout the sales process o Create data infrastructure diagrams and develop ETL solutions leveraging various cloud technologies and third-party tools o Design Marketing Data Warehouses, ingesting data from web analytics, CRM, and media platforms, using appropriate cloud infrastructure for automation including Airflow, Apache Beam, microservices, and other solutions o Propose component solutions, when necessary, with sensitivity to MVP needs o Document data dictionaries and business glossaries for GMP data streams. o Model source data into data models for reporting and analysis. o Articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and writing; understand the audience and tailor messages accordingly o Drive collaboration by facilitating brainstorming, peer reviews, and trainings to increase technical capabilities of the team; drive the adoption of git for quality, scalable solutions o Monitor data engineering team bookings and maintain established utilization rates o Follow developments in the field by continuous learning and proactively champion promising new methods relevant to the problems at hand o Maintain and fortify the relationship with Google, ensuring Bounteous retains its status as a preferred reseller o Participate regularly in calls with Googles GCP representative(s) o Gain trust with Google reps and leadership to earn new account opportunities o Represent GMP services to partners, clients, and industry o Retain a high-level of client satisfaction, ensuring the retention and expansion of the GMP client portfolio o Maintain a strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform offerings, staying updated on new features and capabilities o Represent the needs and feedback of clients to both Bounteous and Google, fostering a collaborative partnership o Achieve CGP certification and specialization with support from leaders of the Operating Unit and practice Thank you.
