| Hello, Job Title: ServiceNow Application Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN Hybrid Mode (Locals) Experience: 10+ Years Duration: Long Term Contract Required Visa: Independent Visa Only Job Description: Looking for an engineer that has strict development experience working in ServiceNow for a minimum of 5 years. Development and implementation experience within the ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains. Must be skilled in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS. Ability to create and manage workflows using Flow designer and Workflow Editor. Proficiency with ServiceNow API architecture, Rest integrations and Scripted REST API development. Extensive knowledge in the Advanced Work Assignment module such as setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity and should be able to troubleshoot technical issues within the Agent Chat and Configurable workspace. Proficiency in Service Portal architecture such as creation of portals, pages, widgets, and the ability to create custom logic using AngularJS implementation. Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
