Partner with product owners and development teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements for digital banking platforms and applications. 2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that digital products and services deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences. 4. Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and trends (e.g., core banking systems, mobile banking, digital payments, fintech solutions, AI/ML). 3. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on digital banking. 4. Experience with digital transformation initiatives and innovative digital banking solutions. 5. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for project management and software development 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups. 8.
