| Title: Project Manager Location: 100 N Senate, n551Indianapolis, 46204/ Hybrid like 1 day in office(Local Candidates only- they have to be locate in the state on Indiana) Duration: 12+month Visa: USC and GC only as well Required: Experience as a strategic planner, program/portfolio manager, or project manager - Required- 15 Years PMP Certified - Required Experience with technology projects using various development methodologies, including agile and waterfall SDLC - Required- 15 Years Extensive experience overseeing multiple projects to a successful conclusion - Required- 15 Years Experience managing projects of relatively high complexity and dollar value - Required- 15 Years Experience developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans - Required- 15 Years Senior Project Manager will support projects specific to and led by the Chief Technology Officers group. The IOT CTO group includes Enterprise Architecture, Centralized Application Services, IN.gov, and Strategic Engagement. Types of projects this team member will be expected to support include: Camera modernization project Multi-disciplinary projects that span teams with the CTOs office and other parts of IOT Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects for emergent technological solutions Technical upgrades that are not fully covered by other IOT teams Anticipated benefits include: Increase speed-to-delivery for projects, with adherence to budget and requirements standards Ensure that projects have defined goals and expectations and that project deliverables execute to the state goals and expectations Reduce surprises by identifying potential risks and issues at an early project stage and continue to refresh throughout project execution Increase communication, relationships, and alignment with IOT internal teams and the occasional external State partner Maintain a constant focus on projects visions and objectives General Responsibilities: Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resources management, tactical execution, and the creation and / or oversight of final project deliverables Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the team to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.
