Those are the 2 main modules that are being implemented within ServiceTitan during this implementation cycle. Finding someone with the Operational Workflow and Inventory Modules will be key as it is industry specific to companies that deploy technicians and is utilized primarily within the Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Plumbing industries. Overview of the Project: Our client is within weeks of beginning an enterprise-wide ServiceTitan ERP transformation entering a 27 week transition (initial stages of the deployment and implementation), focusing on the Operations Workflow (job assignment / resource deployment, etc.) and Inventory Modules. The go live is slated for mid-to-end of December 2024, and this resource will stay on board through the end of January 2025 to assist with post implementation support. The ERP Implementation Manager will need to be able to join the team and quickly begin to understand their systems, how they work, who the keep players are, establish and manage timelines, and ensure that the implementation stays on schedule, etc. This person MUST be highly-organized and seamlessly work though lots of moving parts / teams / integrations, etc.. This is a HIGHLY critical implementation and will require someone who has had previous experience managing the migration and implementation of ERP Systems (Operations WF / Inventory Modules, specifically) within a ~$100MM Company. The bottom line is this, they need to get this ERP Implementation Manager onboarded quickly so that they can get caught up with where they are, in their ServiceTitan ERP implementation / deployment, so that when they do deploy in the next couple of weeks, this person is in the know and ready to go. The ERP (ServiceTitan) Implementation Manager will coordinate timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve deadline goals. The ERP Implementation Manager will ensure documentation and collection of established SOPs for new system function. Additionally, the ERP Implementation Manager will ensure consistent and seamless information delivery to the new CRM by facilitating quality control sessions with appropriate stakeholders. Internally Collaborate with Teams Relevant to the Systems Setup / Administration to Set Expectations Navigate / Communicate Migration / Implementation Roadblocks to Direct Leadership Deploy / Test Business-Critical System Integrations Proactively Educate the Team on Updates via Presentations / Account-Specific Training Materials, etc. Effectively Communicate / Assess / Navigate Change Risks Alongside the Controller / Stakeholders, etc. Job Requirements: ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitan) Managing End-to-End ERP Implementations | Managing the Migration / Deployment / Implementation of ERP Systems (Operational Workflow / Inventory Modules) ERP Implementation Managing the transition of at least, one ~$100MM company from one ERP to another Project Management Tools Monday.com / SmartSheets, etc. Cross-Platform Integration Protocols Leveraging API Integration / Data Synchronization / Middleware Solutions / Ensuring Authentication and Security / Customizations and Configurations, etc. | Ensuring Smooth Communication / Data Flow Between 2 Platforms Servant-hearted with demonstrated interpersonal skills including effective communication, fostering collaboration, and the ability to interact with team members at all levels.
