Help maintain the Frontier application uptime, performance, stability, and scalability. Prior agile experience is nice to have, but not required. Attend all agile Reconciliation ceremonies. Must have prior software application support background. Knowledge of Service Now is nice to have, but not required. Experience in software/systems application support. Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems to support Reconciliation. Strong process knowledge: Understand and learn how/why Reconciliation works today. Bring suggestions on how to improve. Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferred. Review/update/create reconciliation documentation. Develop best possible, most robust, and extensible solutions for new LOB initiatives. Building tools and processes to support analytics & monitoring. Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
