The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Fusion Cash Management module. This role requires a deep understanding of cash management processes, treasury functions, and financial operations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to cash management. Analyze and interpret business needs and translate them into functional specifications and system designs. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure the Oracle Fusion Cash Management module, including setting up bank accounts, bank statements, cash pools, cash positioning, and cash forecasting. Ensure the solution aligns with industry best practices and meets the business objectives. Integration: Integrate the cash management module with other Oracle Fusion modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement necessary integrations and customizations. Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct system testing to ensure the configured solution meets business requirements. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), addressing any issues and making necessary adjustments. User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the cash management module. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, addressing user queries and resolving problems efficiently. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, process flows, and technical specifications. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cash Management or a similar ERP system. Proven experience in implementing and configuring cash management solutions. Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cash Management module, including bank account management, cash positioning, cash forecasting, and reconciliation. Strong understanding of cash management processes, treasury functions, and financial operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Certifications: Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred but not required.
