QA Performance Test Engineer No H1B (Day 1 Onsite) Las Vegas Credit one Bank Rate - $55/hour on C2 No H1B Must have- JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad Plan, design, and execute performance tests to assess the scalability and reliability of software applications. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define performance testing requirements and scenarios. Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Neo Load to simulate various user loads and analyze system behavior. JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad (C1B Currently using), SQL, JIRA (XRay as test case management plugin) Able to perform script customization, parameterization, validation and execution of scripts. An expert knowing JMeter or LoadRunner would also work in this role even if the client uses the newer product called NeoLoad. Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain performance monitoring solutions to identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, generate comprehensive performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to improve system performance . Write technical specification documentation. Scalability Testing : Conduct scalability testing to ensure applications can handle growth in user base and data volume. It applies to both API and Website testing . Test virtualization services. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application architecture and system requirements. Understand the Performance Lifecycle end to end. Work closely with developers and system administrators to address performance -related issues. Automation: Automate performance testing processes and integrate them into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
