Role: Duck Creek Policy Developer Location: Remote Job Type: C2H Position Position Overview: The Duck Creek Claims Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for Duck Creek Claims management systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Duck Creek Claims with other systems and platforms, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the claims management process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integration Design and Development : Design and develop integration solutions for Duck Creek Claims using industry best practices. Write and maintain integration code, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and robust. Utilize APIs, web services, and other integration technologies to connect Duck Creek Claims with other systems. 2. Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs. 3. Implementation and Testing : Implement integration solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and business objectives. Develop and execute test plans to validate integration solutions, ensuring they function correctly and meet performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during development, testing, and production phases. 4. Documentation and Maintenance : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Monitor and maintain integration solutions, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure integration solutions are updated and compatible with new releases and updates of Duck Creek Claims. 5. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with other developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in integration development, preferably with Duck Creek Claims or other insurance software solutions. Experience with modern integration tools and platforms is highly desirable. Additional Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and insurance software.
