Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to cash transactions in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience in financial analysis, data management, and reporting. Intermediate to Expert level Excel skills. ATM industry knowledge preferred. Previous experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of cash management principles, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues. Proficiency in using cash handling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all aspects of cash operations. Strong/effective written and verbal communication skills.
