| From: sujata, Vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Business Analyst Tester Location: Sacramento California hybrid Duration: 06 months MOI: Skype Job Description: Responsibilities: The consultant will work with the state team and undertake duties as an expert level business analyst and tester for enterprise on premise and cloud applications. The consultant will lead efforts for enhancing enterprise system(s)/sub-system(s) changes by performing detailed analysis, functional design, and testing activities and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The work primarily involves facilitation and leading of Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with SMEs from program and technical teams to ensure their requirement needs are being met. This also includes the consultant developing and execution of functional test plans for change requests, defect fixes and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards. The work of the business analyst/tester will also include status reporting, documenting, and maintaining as-is and to-be processes, creating and maintaining system functional documentation and business requirements documents. Required: 1. Fifteen (15) years in project work and technical writing to include: detailed analysis, development and maintenance of business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and design documents 0 - 10 2. Fifteen (15) years experience in project work in the Business Progress Reengineering (BPR) arena; at least five (5) years of said experience must have been mapping the current state of a business process and analyzing the business process to find gaps. 0 - 10 3. Fifteen (15) years experience in project work in facilitating Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with project Subject Matter Experts and other technical staff. 0 - 10 4. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Oracle 11g writing and troubleshooting SQL code to design back-end queries for data set-up and verification. 0 - 10 5. Ten (10) years experience performing system test duties; writing scripts, executing scripts, creating test cases and test data, reviewing test results; also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 0 - 10 6. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and BI reports in Power BI Platform. 7. Experience with Figma, Microsoft Visio. 0 - 5 8. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Application Lifecycle Management and qTest. 9.
