This person should have good experience with requirements gathering, using pegas low code platform - having great experience with configuring low code tools and automation to oracle databases Must Haves 5+ years working with Pega Robotic Process Automation (PRPC) Version v8 5+ years working with BPM Experience with claims workstation Oracle SQL experience and understanding DB2 Strong experience communicating with team members to qualify opportunity Strong understanding how to configure business rules and workflows and integration Testing experience Nice to Haves: Experience with Pega frameworks such as Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, Pega Care Management, or Pega Claims for Healthcare. Experience with healthcare IT systems such as EHR (Electronic Health Records), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and practice management systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms and Pega Cloud Services. Day-to-Day: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and customize Pega applications using PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Perform unit testing and support QA teams during system testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner Must Haves: Experience with Pega frameworks such as Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, Pega Care Management, or Pega Claims for Healthcare.
