Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage ABAP development activities for the SAP RTI (Real-Time Integration) and APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) modules. Drive the technical aspects of IBP implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP landscapes. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces. Provide technical expertise in ABAP programming, including OOABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, and performance tuning. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and SAP programming guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ABAP custom developments. Mentor and guide junior ABAP developers in the team. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and stability. Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Qualifications: Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on RTI and APO. Proven experience in IBP implementations. Expertise in ABAP programming, including OOABAP, BADIs, BAPIs, and the Enhancement Framework. Experience in designing and developing complex SAP interfaces and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Location Preference: Candidates from California and nearby states are preferred due to the onsite nature of the role.
