USC,GC,GC-EAD Experience : 7 years' experience in systems analysis, broad-based knowledge of business environments, preferably in a field or occupation related to software development, software support, or software maintenance, 3 years of which shall have included the direct involvement in application or product lifecycle management. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education. Special Requirements Three years experience managing the full lifecycle of projects. Proficient in the use of MS Office products and project management software tools.
