Training Requirements: Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics certified (nice to have) Knowledge and skills: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders and translate complex concepts in a way all knowledge levels can understand. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem solver with a great ability to trouble shoot, think outside of the box and resolve issues that occur in a timely manner. Proficient understanding of data collection methodologies and strategies. Technical Skills: Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (or equivalent such as Adobe Analytics), GA4 (Google Analytics), Meta, FullStory, Simon Data, Adobe Target, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Google Tag Manager (or equivalent such as Tealium) Additional Tools: OneTrust, UserWay, Jira, Firebase, ObservePoint, Charles Proxy, Google Tag Assistant, Adobe Target Documentation: Ability to write technical specifications for analytics integrations that developers can follow providing clear and concise documentation for tracking implementations. Testing and Debugging: Utilization of debugging tools for thorough testing such as ObservePoint, Charles Proxy, Google Tag Assistant or equivalent testing tools. Programming Languages: Proficiency/familiarity in HTML, JavaScript and other relevant programming languages for technical implementations.
