http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1587536&uid= From: Kashish Agarwal, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Title Infor Systems 21 SME Location St. Paris, OH Duration 3+ months Contract MOI: Phone then Video Must have manufacturing experience Key Responsibilities: o Implementation and integration of Infor System 21 financial and manufacturing modules. o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Infor System 21 applications. o Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and efficient operation. o Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Infor System 21. o Develop and implement best practices for financial and manufacturing operations. o Optimize production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. o Train and mentor users on the effective use of Infor System 21 modules. o Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user proficiency. o Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Infor System 21 and ensure users are informed. o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, manufacturing, and IT departments. o Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and system capabilities. o Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management on system enhancements and improvements. o Develop and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and manufacturing operations. o Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning. o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain comprehensive audit trails. Qualifications: o Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Infor System 21 (Infor XA) o Extensive experience with financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets) Manufacturing industry experience is required. o Knowledge of manufacturing processes o Proven track record of successful system implementations and optimizations. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. o Relevant certifications in Infor System 21 or ERP systems are a plus.
