Required Skills & Work Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in large program/project delivery (minimum budget of $5M). Strong project and program management skills. Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service. Highly motivated and self-directed. Strong customer service orientation. Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a proven record of presenting to executive-level audiences. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project). Bachelors degree. PMP Certification in good standing. Preferred Skills & Work Experience: PgMP Certification. Prior experience with passenger-facing technologies such as PIDS or Onboard Information Systems (OBIS). Transportation industry experience delivering hardware/software systems.
