Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixesReact Native moves fast and often breaks things. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. Transition existing React web apps to React Native. Requirements: 6+ years of experience working on programs for different web and mobile platforms 3+ years experience with React Native development Proven experience in React Native components in native iOS and Android Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns and Software Development Life Cycle policies and procedures Experience with Typescript, JS frameworks, API and integration (NodeJs or Java), .Net API, and Azure cloud experience Experience with Swift or Kotlin is required Experience working with design systems and knowledge of different design architectures like MVC, MVVM Experience in agile and scrum environments Ability to ensure coding standards are followed and facilitate continuous improvement within the environment Ability to mentor development team on the technical approach Ability to build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with the client Strong communicator to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
